27/04/2019 - First African Fair for Drone

The Etablissement KAMI invited International Calice to participate in the First African Fair for Drone held on April 25-27 2019, at the Académie Régionale des Sciences et Techniques de la Mer (ARSTM), in Abidjan - Yopougon.

Following the fair, International Calice and the INVESTIV Company which is specialized in precision farming, drone mapping... decided to build a partnership in terms of capacity building, surveillance of classified forests and monitoring of reforestation and silviculture activities by means of drone, etc.

11/05/2019 - Capacity Building of Farmers...

On May 11-17 2018, International Calice organized the capacity building of 44 cocoa farmers in the Sub-Prefecture of Azaguié. The programme was based on the use of GPS for geospatial data collection in order to set-up a GIS database on their farm areas.

The capacity building activity entitled « Inventory and mapping of cocoa plantations » was financed by the World Bank.

15/07/2019 - SODEFOR's Technical Committee...

On July 15th, 2019, in the main conference hall, the team of International Calice presented to SODEFOR’s technical committee members his Research and Development Project which is in harmony with the Ivorian government's initiative to reach 20% of forest cover by 2030.

Both Parties took the opportunity to lay the groundwork for the upcoming SODEFOR - International Calice Framework Partnership Agreement.
